Fun thermostat

I've had my thermostat for about 6 weeks and I love it. I think the history feature is by far the best feature so far. I also love having the capabability of operating and monitoring the unit remotely. I like the idea of the Eco feature but I don't completely understand it quite yet, a little confusing on knowing what the actual temperature is and knowing what minimum and maximum temp to set. Other than that, I think the thermostat is pretty great.

Simple. Easy. Ideal.

I received my Nest Thermostat as a gift on Christmas and I have been impressed from the start. I am amazed by how much care and consideration went into design and customer experience down to the details of the organization of the supporting documentation when I opened the box. From there, it was a breeze to install and start using the Thermostat. It does a wonderful job of learning our patterns, but I can just as easily adjust the temperature to what I like via my phone app. For those who are seeking savings, this is the first time I have really been provided with the data to do so, completely understanding the amount of time my units spend online so that I can adjust temperatures to reduce those times. I am excited for the possibilities this device holds, as well as the applications, to analyze and improve my home. I also intend to continue to expand my home's capabilities with the Nest brand, as they have proven themselves with the thermostat.

Peace of Mind

We had to update a furnace that went out after 60 years of service in our home and decided to upgrade our thermostat at the same time. Best decision ever! I love having the ability to connect to my Nest thermostat remotely through my app and adjust as needed. Our heating and cooling professional installed our new Nest with limited issues and was able to walk us through the setup quickly and easily. The sleek design looks great on our wall and the display only lights up as you approach, not calling attention to itself. We are so happy with this upgrade and are eager to upgrade our second thermostat for our upstairs in the next few months.

Very easy to install and looking forward to energy savings going forward. Especially love being able to remotely control the device. It certainly looks much nicer than a traditional thermostat and has useful information on the display as well.

New to NEST

For years and 3 different houses I have used the standard type programmable thermostats. Our new home came with 2 NEST thermostats and I’m so glad it did. It is so easy to set up and you can control things from your phone. The NEST will pay for itself in no time. I’m a very sceptical person and not easily impressed. This thermostat defiantly is the real deal. If you don’t purchase one or multiple your are missing out...

Enjoying our New Nest Thermostat

We have been enjoying our Nest Thermostat and have had zero dollar gas bills for the last two months.
The overall work the crew did in our home has been a very good thing in lowering our utility costs.

The app is what makes this product. Also our power company offers a refund for signing up to a power saving program offered with nest and also offers refunds every year I participate in the program. So it will eventually pay for itself.
