Recomend a professional install it.
Had to run a new thermostat wire to have the proper hookup to the furnace and central air.....

Love this thermostat!! Easy to use and love that we can control thermostat from our phone. Especially great when it’s freezing cold in the morning and we can turn up heat while in bed!!! It’s the very best!!!

We purchased the NEST Thermostat because we wanted to be able to control our environment while on vacation. It has turned out to be much more than it. It has adapted to our home and impressed us with it’s adaptability.
