Beautiful replacement

The Nest is the Best!

I’ve had my Nest Learning Thermostat for a few months now. It is extremely user friendly and has several options on controlling my home (condo) temperature. Downloading the app, whitch is also extremely user friendly, is a great way to make adjustments to my settings if I’m not on my regular schedule or forget to turn on the “home/away assist feature. And, it looks very cool on the wall. Get one!

I love this thing

HVAC accounts for a huge part of home energy use and comfort, so having a Nest at the center of my smart home is a no-brainer.
The 3rd gen device offers way better wiring flexibility than competing products. It also plays nice with Google Assistant, IFTTT and my other smart home devices. Using the geofencing features to automate other smart home devices, like my lighting, is awesome.

Great for home and rental properties

Initially purchased the Nest for our home for the convenience of saving money on electricity. We like to turn the air up when we wake up and again when we leave.
We love getting the NEST alerts on how much we are saving. We liked it so much that we purchased a second one for our vacation rental property so we can control the AC from anywhere incase one of our guests leave in case they forget

Simple, Modern, and Efficient

I wish we had upgraded our thermostats sooner! My wife and I have both been truly amazed at the performance of our Nest thermostats and their learning capabilities. Within 25-30 days of install, we rarely find ourselves even approaching the thermostats to adjust the temperatures. The climate is always perfectly set based on our preferences, and our utility bills are benefiting, too!

Perfect Addition

We recently moved and knew that we wanted to develop our new house into a “smart” home. The Nest Thermostat was the first upgrade we installed. It took less than 30 min to do ourselves and we were up and running. We have enjoyed saving money on our electric bill! Interfacing with the app remotely, and automatically using the location-enabled smart features within the Nest software, is a breeze!

I don't know why I waited so long to purchase Nest

I am extremely impressed with my Nest thermostat. I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase it in the first place! Installation was a breeze, as well as downloading the app and syncing it with my Google home. I haven't had one single snag. I'm currently looking in to buying other Nest products because of my experience thus far!

I got the nest and I can now rest easy knowing I was able to set limits and monitor while I am away. Looks great , easy to use , and easier to program and monitor. Allows home to adjust within 5 degrees and for me to adjust from phone if away. VERY satisfied!!
