We purchased the Nest for a home that we loved but eventually sold. It was a great selling feature for the home. We replaced the old digital thermostat in our new home with a new Nest and we love it. The new home is multi level so we purchased a sensor for the top floor that works perfectly at keeping evening temperatures nice and cool for these warm summer nights. App is super to use!

I love our new nest learning thermostat! I purchased it to replace an older programmable thermostat in a house we just bought. It was not difficult to install and directions are easy to follow. The ease of use is great, and I especially love the fact that I can adjust temp from my phone when away from home.
The thermostat ‘learned’ our schedule in just a few days.

Excellent Thermostat

I have had the thermostat for only a month. Got it for new house so I’m not going to give good example of how much it saved me on my utilities. I have friends around who complain about their high bills. Hoping this helps. I like the auto schedule and home away features. The schedule is a nice backup to home away. Having access from phone for trips and you can set your thermostat to away is nice.

Love everything about it. That it will go into econo mode when we leave the house. Give a history of usage and teach how to save money. The App is the best part. Awesome device. Already saving money.

2nd home with Nest

This is the second home we have installed the Nest thermostat in. Safe to say, we like it, no need to remember turning the the AC off when you leave the house. It also turns it on when you get ready for bed (if that is your routine). We ended up picking up a remote sensor for our bedroom and I feel like it does a good job keeping our room cool last night.

Incredible Thermostat

This is by far the best thermostat in the market. Their app is intuitive, simple, and most importantly FREE. No added monthly fees or any catches as with others on their products. The thermostat is clean and works great. I haven’t had any glitches until recently since my installer forgot to run a power connection for the thermostat so it would lose power. Once fixed it was back to being flawless.
I would recommend this to a friend!
