Great product; easy to install/use.

The thermostat was easily installed with the backing plate to hide the older thermostat’s footprint. The wires easily connected to the device and the instructions are easy to follow if you take your time and follow the steps in order. The learning function took less than three days to start adjusting the temp to our preferred setting & we immediately noticed our AC cycling less after installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My favorite product in my house!

We have a two story house with the master downstairs. Our thermostat is upstairs and I have issues with stairs. I also have extreme hot flashes, so when I need the air to blow, I need it NOW. There is no way I can climb stairs mid hot flash to adjust the air! Now I just grab my phone or tell alexa to lower it!
Middle of the night hot flash? No prob, I don't even have to get out of bed! I LOVE IT

Starting off it only took me 5 minutes to install the Nest Thermostat learning. That includes uninstalling my old thermostat. I have never done any electrical work and to be honest it kind of scared me to do it myself. However, the instructions are so simple and easy to understand literally anyone can do it. I've had it less than a week and have got so many compliments on it already!

Upgrade from first gen. With new HVAC. Enjoy the new features. House is more comfortable after using standard thermostat for a year. Love the schedule feature. Don’t get up in middle of night to cool house down. Know I am not wasting energy and money when I am away. Like the cooling effect of running fan after AC turns off.

I purchased the Nest learning thermostat a couple months ago and absolutely love this product. The away feature is great when on vacation and it actually does since when someone is home. Great product Nest.
