My Nest thermostat replaced another app-based home thermostat. It’s simple to set up and, for me, very nice looking. The old thermostat’s app failed about half the time I used it. The Nest’s app has not failed over the month I’ve had the thermostat. I found the scheduling feature particularly easy to set up. Setting the thermostat to a vacation setting is also simple.

I love technology! The Nest thermostat is state of the art, looks great, saves you money, comes with a rebate AND comes with a Google Home Mini. What’s not to love?

The Nest Thermostat is an example of innovation and simplification, technology for a purpose. Nest frees the mind of home climate management, I am not that smart, but nest keeps me cozy so I can think.

Best upgrade to my home ever!

Not only tht it looks good, it also helped me to lower my electric bill. I had the Gen2 for 3 years in Florida and it was great to manage the inside temperature. Now we moved to Georgia and I got a Gen3.
I love all the smart functions, the easy to use design and the overal look.

Great product support

I am rating this four stars because the 1st unit failed after 6 months (wifi). Company was great in replacing the unit with a new one. Time will tell if the dependability improves. Other than that the thermostat is well designed and easy to setup and use.

It's amazing to be able to control the temperature in our home from our phones and Google Home, especially if you forget to turn the thermostat down before leaving for vacation!
