What a thermostat should be!

I bought the Nest to replace a programmable thermostats ( that I found difficult to program)
The Nest was easy to install and I love the simplicity of the design .

In a time when efficiency is important this is the perfect addition to your house. The learning schedule and app for home away access makes this better than any programmable thermostat!

Very easy to install. Watched the video on my tablet and did the install. Only thing I had to change was if I’m home and set AC to 76 it would reset to 80. Was wondering why so hot and then took off the scheduling. Love the look of it. Looking forward to winter where I can turn on the heater from the warmth of my bed with my phone.

We received the Nest from our children as a gift. We bought our forever home and have been doing lots of projects and remodeling since we have moved in. Trying to reduce our expenses we have already invested in solar panels and with the installation of the Nest we hope to further monitor our heating/cooling expenses. It is cosmetically attractive in our family room and was very easy to install.

The Nest allows me to schedule what times I want the house heated/cooled to a certain temperature. The design and UI is sleek and easy to use. Installation was simple and the amount of money I save with the Nest ensures that thermostat pays for itself in no time.

Works great needs finish options

I love my nest but the finish trim ring needs to be removable so I can change it. I don’t like the stainless and wanted black but the lack of availablity locally had me stuck.
