had tons of support from my relative who is a hvac rep. He is very familiar with the Nest products and installed both my camera and the thermostat. am a bit overwhelmed by all it can do, so I am still learning myself and gaining confidence day by day. hopefully it will last longer than my old Honeywell thermostat.

Quick and Easy

I just recently got two of these and my friend came to set it up for me. I can't talk about the installation part but I enjoy being able to update the thermostat from anywhere. The plus is it knows when I am not home so it'll automatically adjust to eco mode. I am still learning how to use it but it is definitely a good start.

Good product that is convenient and helps with energy saving. High tech look. App is great. Connectivity of app is sometimes sketchy though.

Love my Nest learning thermostat. Installed myself in less than 15 minutes. Within 2 days the thermostat had already learned my preferred temperatures at certain times of the day/night. Phone app is easy to use. I’m considering buying security cameras next.

This is such an amazing thermostat, to self teach our habits is fantastic. I hoping when I go back to school the learning will still be going on. Best decision we made in the month of June....
