This product has several features that really allow you to take control of your cooling/heating bill and comfort of your home. The scheduling feature is great, especially if you enjoy a certain temperature in the middle of the night a different one come morning. Shedule it and it's done. Don't have to get up and mess with it. App makes it easy to change peramaters away from home too.

A Great Addition to Our Home

We built a new home over a year ago, and I installed the Nest Thermostat and two Nest Protect smoke/CO alarms within the first week of moving in. It was very easy for me to install myself, and we love the home/away feature and how easy the thermostat is to use. We've saved so much money in just the first year of home ownership...this thing is easily already half paid for. Highly recommended!

works perfect have them in all my houses and love the remote sensor but if they move it off the nest app and make you use the google app to use it they will ruin it all

Almost Idiot Proof

Nest has done such an excellent job of packaging and preparing that this device can be installed and operated by even the most rudimentary home repairer. The technology is spot on and the thermostat is ideal for all programmed and non programmed situations.
