easy to install and use

female here...installed on my own in less than 30 minutes..the hardest part...removing the old thermostat's cover....very easy to read instructions...a plethora of support articles on the nest website ! i'm excited about my new relationship with MY NEST !

Great upgrade from older thermostat

My house is fairly old, so I didn't really trust the temperature reading on our old thermostat. Nest thermostat was fairly easy to install (thanks to help from my brother -- also a Nest customer). The temperature reading made WAY more sense. Happy I upgraded!

I had the cheaper Nest thermostat which did not work as well. The learning thermostat is easier to install and use

Set it and leave it. Or not..... you can also just let it learn from how you adjust it manually - it will set the schedule for you. Adjust it from 500 miles away, if you want. I'm very pleased with this product and would buy it again.

Works great. Even my children can change the temperature without me worrying if they’re gonna mess something up. Get the free Nest app. It’s so easy to use. I can change temp from wherever I am at any time. Looks awesome mounted on the wall. Lights up when you walk by. It’s the real deal!!! You won’t regret it.

I want to say your product is awesome, we are leaning as the best is leaning. We are looking forward to saving energy and tips to do so, I really like the look if the nest and it really is cool that when you walk by you can see the temp, we use to have to turn on a light to look. It is enjoyable to just see it at a glance. The only thing is we have temp set to 64 but in the mornings kicks up
