Nest thermostat

This replaced an old style thermostat that wasn't working that well. The Nest was easy to set up and has learned our schedule. It's great!

The Ultimate Upgrade

It is definitely on the expensive side but I see it as an investment, it will save money as it learns our behavior at home.
The box came complete with everything you need ( literally) even a nice screwdriver.

It would be amazing if it came with an extra sensor for better monitoring.

Nest Thermostat - Easy to use

I've enjoyed my Nest for two years now and I have never regretted the purchase. It is easy to use from the get-go. Installation videos made it easy to install myself and learning to use it was easy, too. My favorite feature is being able to message the thermostat to turn on the heat or AC when I'm driving home from a trip, so the house is comfy when I get there.
This is a great product.

Wish I installed this when it first came out

Easy to install (came with a wall plate to cover up the hole in the wall from the previous installed thermostat), easy to use (set it on ECO and haven’t touched it since), easy to setup on Google Home system.
That said, unable to connect the Nest Protect to the Google Home system, and must use separate Nest App. Google Customer Service needs to take lessons from Apple.

Love this thermostat.

My daughter bought us the Nest thermostat for our home and I absolutely love it.
Not only does it remember what degree to put the thermostat on at certain times of the day and night, it is also eco friendly.
The best feature to me is the ability to control the thermostat temperature from an app on my iphone. At home and most especially when I am away.
I would highly recommend the Nest to anyone.

Nest learning thermostat

This is my first time purchasing a Nest thermostat (purchased two). I was very impressed with this product from the time I unboxed it until the time I finished installing and programming them. I was able install both products in about a hour. The instructions were pretty straightforward. It has a lot of features which are very user friendly. I would recommend this product to anyone.

The NEST thermostat is not inexpensive, but it does save money by increasing the efficiency of energy use in our home. It also saved my vacant home from frozen pipes when I noticed a temperature drop from a remote location, and was able to contact service provider to fix the issue in the midst of a cold winter day. It is easy to set up, easy to use and customer service after the sale is excellent.
