I have been using my Nest for almost 2 years and it works great! I love how it lights up when I walk by and I can verify the temperature even during the night.

Easy to install but does excellent job

Installation is very simple. Setting up is a bit more time consumed. Very cool once you just spin outer ring and it takes you to each of the parts to complete the setup. You still can make a mistake and struggled to get out, get back to start over again in the setting process. I'd recommend after you set wifi connected then compete other settings by your app or computer is easier.

Product and App work better than expected

The thermostat installation was a lot easier than I thought it would be. My home is 50 years old, and I thought the heating system wouldn't work easily with the thermostat. All my research lead me to mixed answers. "Yes it will work." "No it will not work." The app is intuitive and easy to understand.
