The NEST Tstat was easy to install, understand & use. I love the app. I also really like two features it has. Airwave will keep my fan on to circulate leftover cold air in the ac unit AFTER my ac shuts off, giving me more cooling for same ac energy. Also, once my house reaches the low night time temp I desire, it's awesome to have the fan scheduled to come on as much as I want every night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple to use, easy to learn, looks great

I don't really have any complaints with my nest thermostats. They do what they are meant to do and give me more information than I really would need from a thermostat, but does come in handy. The Nests features that i use the most are the home/away assist as well as being able to remotely control the thermostat. It's nice to come home to a heated/cooled home without making any changes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We got one of the learning thermostats for our Winter home in Florida.
We got it for two reasons:
1) We wanted it to adjust the temperature based on our comings and goings in the house.
2) We wanted to be able to set the temperature when we're away for long periods and be able to monitor it from an app.

Both reasons we bought it are doing the job perfectly. Ready to buy another one for MD.

Great Addition

We had an electronic thermostat for many years and we were getting leary of it because of age. We saw a new Nest and decided to get and install one. It not only looks great, works great also.

Look at all the rest, nothing compares: simple installation, great app to operate. Installed 3 in my home. Don’t bother with the competition...they are way behind.

I live in Texas where you need both heat and AC in the same day during spring and fall. Nest handles the switch and I don’t have to mess with the controls. I like that.
