Best thermostat ever

From the looks, to the functionality, to its ability to almost read your mind, the Nest Thermostat is hands down the best addition any home could ask for. You sure can’t beat setting your thermostat from the other side of town. Highly recommended for anyone building a new home, upgrading HVAC equipment, or adding electronics or smart devices.

Blue Common wire

If you setting up your Nest learning thermostat and you have a blue common wire available hoop it up to the thermostat and also hook it up to the furnace that will make your life easier. It will keep the battery on a nest thermostat constantly getting the power without being afraid that it will be no power available and it will go down into shutdown mode

The Nest thermostat is a good investment for the future. The unit provides a very simple user interface while providing many additional features on the back end. Installation is very straightforward and can be done in just a short period of time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cool Thermostat

The Nest Learning Thermostat allows you to schedule and monitor the ventilation of your home. (While you are home or away) I saw a 12% reduction in my electric bill in the first month of use. This Thermostat looks great on the wall. After hook up it walks you through a check of all functions to make sure the install is correct.

I first purchase the Nest Learning Thermostat for my housemate as a Birthday gift. I had a few friends that swore by them. My housemate is the home-owner so as not to get in hot water with him, I let a professional install the unit. He was a bit skeptical at first, but when I would feel the heat come on at the end of the day, I knew he was off work and was on his way home. He wanted the house warm
