Don’t be fooled into having HVAC companies try to sell you their 60+% margins WiFi thermostats. Nest has met my expectations, and I have purchased protects, indoor and outdoor cameras and am waiting for the Hello doorbell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very convenient the way it works with Google home devices with availed Google Assistant. User interface is simple and very effective at learning your temperature preferences between rooms with temperature sensor that you have to buy additionally.

I love this thermostat! It can do so many different things to keep the home comfortable. I especially love the way I can change the settings from my smart phone as I leave the temperature at 55 in the winter while I am at work all day ( and it gets cold here), then I turn it up when I'm leaving work and it is comfortable when I get home. I also changed out my old thermostat for the Nest myself.
