Simplistic

If you have a basic HVAC system and thermostat, this is the easiest upgrade. Took longer to set up the account and app download than to install the thermostat. So far we love it. Highly recommend.

We are quite happy with our new nest thermostat installation. The unit is very attractive and intuitive to use. The installation was straight forward and the unit worked with no complications.

Very confusing product

I find this thermostat totally non user friendly. Very hard from the app to use and program. Was really hoping this would be great but it is not. Going to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install and setup

It took me only minutes to remove my old Thermostat and install this one and have it setup on my Google Home. I was able to set it and lock it so my child doesn't come in and try changing the temperature to high / low. I think this will really help with saving on the heat and cooling bill.I would recommend this product.
