Beautiful product that works really well

I am glad to finally be able to use Nest again after several years of not having one (would not work with furnace in main residence. We got a second home and immediately installed Nest - miles ahead of anything else out there

Keeps going to an unscheduled temperature

I turned the schedule off. Set it at a temperature, later it will be set to a lower temperature. Every day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thermostat changes its temperature automatically due to some factors like, schedule, learned habits (auto schedule), and Home/Away Assist which makes your thermostat go to ECO mode. To make sure that your thermostat won’t change its temperature automatically, make sure to do the following:
With the Nest app:
- Open the Nest app and select your Nest thermostat.
- Select Settings and then Auto-Schedule.
- Tap the switch to turn it off.
On your thermostat:
- Press the ring and choose Settings and then Nest Sense and then Auto-Schedule and then Off.
- Turn off your Home/Assist
- Clearing the existing schedules and learned schedule by selecting Settings>Reset>Schedule and Reset again.

Excellent

The Nest is an excellent thermostat. It was easy to install, test and input the necessary information to connect to WiFi. It has many features that allow you to customize it. We also love being able to monitor and change the Nest via the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is extremely easy to use and has made it super easy to save money. In case I forget to turn off my A/C when I leave, it does it for me. Doesn't get any easier than that!

Everything promised . . . and more

I like technology and efficiency and saving money. Our Nest Learning thermostat is truly amazing.
The thermostat has sensors allowing to cycle down the heat when we’re not home, but also suggesting a schedule based on our lifestyle (when do we usually get up, when do we usually go to bed). Being able to control everything from my phone is the cherry on top.
I would recommend this to a friend!
