Ease of installation, ease of use and lives up to its reputation. Nest app is extremely simple to learn and device also shows up on Google Home app. Very happy with the performance so far

My 3rd thermostats just failed within 2 weeks of a warranty replacement of the last failed thermostat. Why keep giving people a thermostat that has a known connectivity problem. I appreciate that Google extended the warranty because of the W5 error, but it's very frustrating getting the replacement and setting it up. I now need to plan out a time to call again and get a replacement. I am kicking myself for not getting the Ecobee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To be able to remotely control the thermostat from anywhere in the world speaks for itself. Truly a great product that works as well as it looks.

One of the coolest things in my house! So technically advanced and loves to save you money and the planet! Easy to install yourself and very user friendly! Love the ease of everything and love the modern, sleek, simple look of the device! Looking forward to finding more ways to save!!!

Love my nest products (3rd Gen Thermostats, Nest E Thermostat, Protect and Cams). They all work together and keeps me informed what is happening at my home 24-7.

It’s great, just wish it had the option to turn the AC off completely at night because I like to open the windows and then in the mornings sometimes I forget to turn the AC back on and then it gets too hot in my apartment especially for my dog.
