Fantastic Product

I am so glad I purchased this product. I love the learning feature because it turns up the heat before we get up in the morning. It is so convenient to use the app on my phone to control it as needed. It is very efficient and is set lower than my previous one and keeps the house very comfortable. My heating bill is already lower. I highly recommend this product.

Great performance and very easy to use!

I upgraded to nest thermostat and the experience has been so amazing that now I am planning on investing in other nest products. Very easy to setup and use, costumer service is top notch, and performance has been perfect. Don't hesitate to get this, I did so much research, I wish I got it sooner.

I love the Nest. It was so easy to install and setup. I like that I can operate it through my Amazon Alexa or phone app. I should have purchased years ago.

assistant integration lacking, current temp

There is no Siri integration. There are only really two key pieces of information that one needs to see on a thermostat. The setpoint and the current temperature. It's not easy to see what the current temperature is as it's represented by a dot near the setpoint. Say it's a little chilly. How do I decide what should I change the setpoint to? The time display is nice. Why not have the setpoint and current temp on that mode as well? It could be small. Also as a heat only system with no c wire how am I going to keep this device charged over the summer? It could be great with a better UI on the device and on the phone app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can change the Farsight settings of your thermostat to show the current temperature when it automatically wakes up after it senses activity within 20 feet. Here’s how:
- Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View screen.
- Turn the ring to Settings and press to select.
- Select Display and then Farsight
- Now you can choose what Farsight will show you, select the current temperature.
