Awesome thermostat

We put the nest to replace a thermostat that was difficult to program and that didn't work properly. The nest learned our schedule in a few days. It switches heat to air conditioning and keeps the house at the temperatures we regularly use. I haven't had to touch it in a week and we've only had it for 3 weeks! Love it!

We love Nest...but

But...
Why is it necessary to download an additional Google app for my wife's phone to access the Nest app.
Otherwise, we love the look, the simplicity of the thermostat, and the ability to control remotely.

Beautiful and easy to read

So glad I finally replaced my thermostat. Installed myself and works well. Time will tell on efficiency. For now, I’m enjoying the large display and ability to monitor/change settings with the app. The copper looks so much nicer in my home against the dark wood verses my old white thermostat. Expensive but well worth it.

Easy to install and setup. Nest started learning behavior within one week. We rarely have to adjust it. Compatible with Amazon's Alexa and Vivint Home Security Smart Hub
