A friend recommended this divorce, and it sounds like a great idea. I bought it and let it sit on the counter for a while as I generated confidence for installing the Nest. I followed the instructions and it was surprisingly easy! I love setting my thermostat from bed or the car or anywhere I am.

Great and easy to use

It was a toss-up between the Nest or an Ecobee. I'm really glad I went with Nest. The design is clean and simple, which translates to how easy it is to use. There's not much of a learning curve because it's very easy to use. I also appreciate that the app for mobile devices is the same interface as the actual device.

High Tech-Easy to Use-Easy to Read

I purchased this thermostat to replace a "programmable" thermostat that had been installed when we built our home. The "programmable" thermostat was hard to figure out, never worked as it should, and even with professional assistance, it still didn't work right! We couldn't even change the clock on the stupid thing! The Nest Learning Thermostat took less than 30 minutes to install.

My Nest Is Best With Nest

We were looking for a thermostat that we could control with our smart phone and did some research on the different thermostats that would achieve our objective. Every search we made lead us back to the Nest thermostat. A rebate from our natural gas supplier was the final hook which made us purchase the Nest thermostat. I was very comfortable with the installation because the instructions were definitely user friendly and online support was also very helpful. Yeah, I screwed it up by trying to out think the installation instructions, but the online help straitened me out quickly and installation was completed within 30 minutes. We received out first home report, (installed Jan 2018 )and we are interested in seeing trends in our heat usage. Lastly our 3yr. old Grandson loves to see the display turn on when we walk by so we get to check out our Nest quite often when he's around. His 1yr. old sister is also starting to get caught up in the excitement.

EASY TO USE

I am not tech-savvy at all, and this was so EASY to use! The setup process was done easily, I did not feel overwhelmed and was easy able to get it running in a matter of minutes. Installation is simple, as the Nest app will walk you through everything. Very helpful, especially considering that I am old, not tech-savvy and have poor vision and a hard time understanding technology. It was easy!

Love control by phone

I love my nest! I’ve only had for a few days so I haven’t tried a lot of the features but I love that I can control it from my phone anywhere . I had it professionally installed which went very smoothly took him only about 35 minutes
