Excellent

Design is simple and elegant. Easy to set up and control. The convenience of the product makes it worth the price. Additionally being able to lock the temperature is very nice to have when company is coming over, no worries about anyone messing with it.

Got this nest at a great price, installed it in less than 30minutes including painting where the old one was. So far its doing just fine it's just a bit early to say anymore. Had it for a couple days. I would recommend.

Great Upgrade

If you are looking to improve the look and functionality of your AC thermostat - this is the one to get. Not to mention the monthly cost savings due to the ECO mode and Smart Learning of the Nest!

NEST THERMOSTAT

I love my Nest Thermostat. It is so user friendly, I can control my Heat and A/C from my cell phone and my Alexa can also adjust temperature when I ask her. I receive reports from Nest and ComEd. My ComEd budget was lowered by $15.00/month. I turn my Heat down and A/C up when I am gone for a few days and can turn Heat up or A/C down from a cell phone before I arrive home.

Must have a common wire

If you only have a 2 wire thermostat you will have to install a 3rd wire or a 3 wire thermostat wire because this thermostat requires a common wire to charge the battery. I highly recommend this thermostat. It is easy to install as long as you follow the directions to the letter. Take a picture of you present thermostat wiring before removing the wires and make sure you turn of the power.

SAVES ME SO MUCH MONEY

We have two air units(upstairs and downstairs). I love that I can control both thermostats on my phone. I love that the Nest learns our patterns and knows when we are home. The nest has already saved me over $100 on our electric bill and its so easy to use!
