I save a good $40 a month on my utility bills and the unit pays for itself in a matter of months it's convenient to see what the temperature is when you have forgotten to lower your thermostat and it's something nice that you don't even have to think about when you're in bed and it's cold and you want to raise the temperature you can do it with a voice command or file your phone.

I went through 2 Ecobee's prior to buying a nest...both of my Ecobee's caused numerous problems with my heating and cooling system. I have a Nest and my air system is working perfectly. LOVE LOVE LOVE this Nest!

The new Nest Thermostat 3rd generation is Absolutely Amazing. It’s imperative to own a Nest Thermostat as soon as possible to start your savings.

Just finished upgrading to our new Nest thermostat. The installation was a breeze - from the time you take the product from the box to controlling your HVAC from your smartphone is less than 20 minutes. We have already noticed that the Nest keeps our home comfortable with less overall usage of our heating system. Can't wait to add the doorbell next!

I am 74 years old and female. I read the instructions, watched the video, re-read the instructions, had a cup of coffee - and then proceeded to install the NEST correctly, the first time.
It has all the functionalities I needed, particularly the ability to program the fan to run when the HVAC is neither cooling nor heating.
Accurate, user-friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Thermostat Ever

I did extensive research and for the price, this is unbeatable! It wasn't the amount of time it took or the amazing appearance of the product, but quite simply, the technology. I think Nest has it figured out! They have done such an awesome job of fine tuning all the aspects of the touch points for the customer from install to using the app, but most importantly, they have molded the technology of the product to fit the customers needs and wants over the years. I will never forget how much joy this product brought my wife, within days after installing it. We have our girls rooms upstairs and temperature has always been an issue for us, but one morning we woke up and the rooms' temperatures were spot on to where we wanted them and downstairs was comfortable! My wife could only thank Nest so loud that morning without waking the girls up. It was fantastic and I highly recommend this product to anyone... I have become a Nester for life! Thank you Nest!
