Easy to setup. Works great with existing Heating system. Connects to other smart enabled device s easily. Also the app is easy to use

I had a regular thermostat before purchasing the nest. The nest truly keeps a accurate temperature.

Very Pleased!

I am very pleased with my new thermostat. It is located at a vacation home and it is so easy to adjust the temperature (if I am there or not). I am a female and was a bit nervous about installing it, but the support chat helped me get it done very easily. I would highly recommend it for your home.

Wish it had a brain

I like my thermostat for visibility, but it is not learning my schedule, which is not complicated. It just seems to set temperatures arbitrarily. I had one in my other house, and it was wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the Nest Learning Thermostat doesn’t follow your preferred schedule and we’d like to help you right away.
It can take some time for your thermostat to learn your heating and cooling schedule as well as how quickly your home heats up or cools down. So, for the first few days you have it, you’ll need to teach your thermostat what temperatures you like and when. Just turn the temperature up or down on your thermostat or with the app.
