Easy to use, save you money!

I really like Nest Learning Thermostat, very easy to install, to use, and to keep. Save you money, time and no more worries about: turning it on or off.

I haven’t had it long but so far everything is going dandy. It seems to think my house is much cooler than my previous thermostat so I had to adjust what temps I *thought* I was comfortable at. Other than that it’s been great. Works with Alexa, performs as promised, installed easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Offline almost all the time

Offline almost all the time. Super frustrating looks fine until trying to make a change then says offline xx minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We can see how having the Thermostat offline most of the time can be frustrating. This is not the ideal experience we want you to have. Below or some tips that we can provide to help troubleshoot the issue:
-Check that you can get online with another device in your home. If you’re using a cell phone, turn on Airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi to make sure you don’t use cellular data to test your connection.
If you can’t connect, try using another device to double-check. If you can’t connect with any device, contact your internet service provider to check the service status in your area.
-Check the status of the Nest service. If the Nest service is down, you may see “The Nest service can’t be reached right now” in the Nest app.
-Check that you have the latest app version. Visit the Google Play Store and tap Update if one is available.

Saves energy, easy to use

I had a thermostat that frequently cycled the heater on and off. I replaced it with a nest and my hvac works so much better. I immediately noticed fewer cycles on/off yet my comfort level was improved in the home. Easy to program and its easy to use by everyone in the family. Highly recommended.

What's better than a device that helps you save money. Plus it looks so nice. I love the looks and features available. It was so easy to set up. Almost anyone could install this on their own. A++++

EXCELLENT customer service and EXCELLENT product. Easy to install yourself you don’t even need to be an electrician. Just FOLLOW instructions. My first thermostat went bad in 2 years and they replaced it FOR FREE!!! Doesn’t get any better than that.
