Easy to install, excellent themostat

One of the best smart home purchases. Not just thermostat you can schedule, so much more. Fan control. Remote control. family schedule learning, etc.

Best Smart Device Every Bought

My expectations were extremely high. I needed a smart thermostat to help me keep control of the house temperature, allowing me to have a min/max and enable auto cool and heat as needed. Weather in Atlanta changes every day from one extreme to the other, so the traditional devices didn't work. I have to say that in a couple of days, the Nest thermostat has done an amazing job. I love it!!!

We bought this product over a year ago and never got around to installing it until our A/C needed to be replaced. I wish we had done it sooner! What a wonderful device! I have already seen my electric bill start to drop during the hot summer months. I love the convenience of having it on my phone too. I have pets and was able to check the temperature of the house while traveling through my phone.

Good thermostat, awfully scratchable sensor

The experience with my Nest Learning Thermostat was mostly positive. Installation was a breeze, and everything is included in the box, which is very convenient and makes everything simpler. Setting-up the thermostat was also extremely smooth, and I have now had it for a few weeks and it's (probably) learning my schedule - I rarely have to change settings (with the auto Home/Away sensing, it just turns the heating on whenever I park my car).The *one* *very* *annoying* thing was that - after installation, I thought there was a plastic film covering the sensor and - in order to remove it - I permanently scratched it. So, if you buy this: DON'T TOUCH THE SENSOR IN THE BOTTOM OF THE THERMOSTAT (as there is no second film to remove, even if it looks like there is)! Or else, your thermostat will get scratched and be ugly just like mine!

This thermostat was very easy to install and set up, it took less then an hour for the entire process. It is easy to read and will hopefully help me save on my utility bills.
