I purchased a smart thermostat from Filtrete before this and a year later purchased a Honewell thermostat. There was a myriad of problems in setup and operation from both of them. The Nest was easy to install, easy to setup WiFi and associated app, verified setup, system test and the product looks and feels like a lot of thought went into the design...could not be happier with the Nest product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After installing my Nest Thermostat I'm already feeling the different in how my units working. Love the fact that I don't have to keep getting up and adjusting the temp in the house. So the eco for saving energy is working great. I can't wait to see if my bills are a little low.

The savings on the Eco setting is wonderful. It is great to be able to change the setting from the car to have the temperature perfect when we get home.

Easy installation & setup only reason not 5 stars wish the wall plates matched the finish of the thermostat not cheap plastic

Easy to install and use. Did the initial set up and the rest is done by the Nest Thermostat.
Also like the fact i can control remotely

This installation of this product was really great! The device told me that i had all connections correctly connected but one. And it showed me which one! Once connected my wife "Mrs Techie" now turns on the device from the car and even when she is in bed! This is a great product! The other day it sent me an email that told me my AC unit might have a problem. It did! Wow amazing!
