Good not great

There is no power button. I'm not sure how to turn it off while I'm on vacation. Also, it takes a long time to adjust to the temperature in the house. Love the technology piece.

Have had the Nest thermostat for over a year. Was easy to install and has worked great. High quality product. A little expensive upfront, but well worth the cost.

Easy install and flawless operation

The Nest Learning Thermostat just works. It looks great on the wall. Farsight turns on the display with the current temperature when it sees you move, and then displays the set temperature when you get closer. I was not sure how well I would like that, but ends up really easy to use and works well. The app works flawlessly as well.

When our upstairs thermostat died my son bought us a Nest. It works so much better than our previous one and it looks good on the wall. We like it so much that we decided to replace our downstairs thermostat with one as well. I love that I can change the temperature from anywhere just by using my phone. I also love that I get monthly reports on energy usage. It’s an all around great thermostat.
