Better Than Advertised

I've had a Nest for many years at this point and it works better than advertised. Yes, it automatically learned a great "program" for setting temperatures in our house, but it also periodically tweaks and adjusts them on it's own. The "gamification" of earning your "leaves" for being "eco" is more engaging than I thought it would be. Integration with smart assistants is a huge plus!

Replaced this with my programmable thermostat and what a difference it makes. Very efficient and sense the correct outside and inside temperature so precise compared to previous outdated thermostat. Highly recommend it. Easy to install.

We are upgrading from a second generation to a third generation Nest. The differences and improvements between the two units are impressive. We loved the Nest thermostat so well that nobody in the house even entertained going with another option when we had to replace it. It was simply assumed that we would get the latest one. These are the best thermostats on the market.

So old thermostat stoped working and wouldn’t fire furnace, was planning at some point to upgrade to something like the nest. Very happy with decision to go Nest even in a rush. Used other friends experience to help determine.

It was easy to install. It looks great. Still don't understand how to program. Don't know what the ECO (little green leaf) mode is.
