Set up was easy and YouTube video was super helpful. I like being able to control thermostat from anywhere and am looking forward to seeing savings soon.

Very simple to hook up.only have a two wire system,old thermostat wuz mercury switch furnace ran all the time.with the nest it barley comes on

Once was able to contact customer service it was very easy to install. Wiring setup in the instructions did not show wiring setup for my existing system.

I’m really excited about this product, I am able to adjust the temperature control when I rent my beach house.

More versatile than I expected

The nest installed easily and the instructions are quite thorough. What I learned is by connecting the thermostat to the net it opened up a wide range of capability that I would not have expected from a simple thermostat. It is like adding smart capability to a dumb furnace/ac. too bad I couldn't upgrade my old TV as easily.

First and foremost, we love the ease of use and setup! We have two of these in the house now and could not be happier with them. Sleek design and user friendly app makes this a must have! You don’t know what you’re missing until you have one of these!

Technology: beautiful inside and out

I cannot believe I’ve waited this long to get a Nest thermostat. What a beautiful device - and one what’s not only pretty on the outside, it’s insides are just as impressive if the technology itself is any indication. The app is intuitive, just plain easy and makes it almost fun to change the temp in your house. I am giddy just looking at this technology on my wall.
