Love my Nests

I purchased the 2nd gen Nest when it came out and installed it in my old house. We had a new house built and I just installed 2 Nest 3rd gen thermostats. I love the new design and larger display and most of all, saving money on my energy bill!
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT Product!! I have been wanting a NEST thermostat for a while and hesitated buying one, but now I wish I had gotten it sooner!! This thing is AWESOME!! It's super easy to install, super easy to "program", and super easy to operate. It even comes on and shows me the current temperature every time I walk by!! Love it!!

We love having the nest in our home. It saves us from having to readjust the temperature constantly and even the learning feature with the nest is awesome because you can set your temperature and not have to worry about it when you leave. We also love the app because we can adjust the temperature before we get home if needed.

Love My Nest

This thermostat has been a life changer. I love how I can control it from anywhere and make a schedule also. It syncs with the echo dot, so Alexa can control too. It's one of my favorite things in my home and it is also saving me money. Love the sleek modern look also.

Nest Thermostat

Was impressed and very pleased at the beginning. Since then I have had to replace the Learning Thermostat due to a faulty sensor. Luckily, the Nest support staff was very helpful in determining the problem and walking me through the entire process and the replacement was received in a timely manner. Since then, my other Nest Thermostat has to be replaced. The thermostat was set for cool but the heat would come on. The AC Technician advised me that the wiring was correct and the thermostat module was not recognizing air conditioning. Not sure I am going to replace with another Nest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your system starts to blow warm air when your Nest thermostat is in Cool mode, here are some possible causes: - The thermostat is being miswired. - Possible need of C wire (if you don't have, for power sharing issue). - Incompatible heating system. - Incorrect orientation for the heat pump system.
Try changing the settings for orientation of your heat pump. - On your thermostat, go to Settings. - Select Equipment. - Select Continue > Continue. - Select Heat Pump. - The Nest Thermostat defaults to an O setting for heat Pumps. - If the O option is highlighted, select B. If the B option is highlighted, select O.
