gets the job done

works good not many problems just takes a while to learn your habits and sometimes turns on when you dont want it on. but other than that it works well. wish it worked better with alexa but im not complaining to much about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If your Nest thermostat automatically changes temperatures even though you’ve already turned off the Auto-schedule, it may be because of the existing schedules that the thermostat previously learned. Clearing all the schedules can prevent it from changing the temperature on its own. You can do this by going to Settings > Reset > Schedule > Reset.

So easy

I bought these on the recommendation from our realtor. It was so easy to install. The video guide was excellent. The only issue we had was the electrical panel was not marked properly and we shorted out the house. The fix o my cost $1 so no big deal. Once installed it immediately started learning and tracking. Even my non-tech husband uses it and even setup the app on his phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the app and the hardware. It’s easy to use and I can match the stats that I get from the app to my utility bills. I just want to be able to control the device through the Siri and the HomePod.

Has all features I wanted without the C wire

I like being able to add sensors so now the room My family is in is cool enough. Also, I like the fan schedule as well as being able to turn the fan on Without it. I don’t use the geo locator feature To have my system shut off when I leave, and come back on when I return home. If I had 2 AC systems For each floor of my house I would use it but otherwise it would take too long to heat.

Avert problems

I was away from home for days during a bitterly cold time. I lowered the temp to 60.
The batteries in my thermostat died (didn’t know it had batteries) and it was 40 when I returned. I could have had broken pipes. This Nest will allow me to check temps away from home and alert me if the temp drops too much.
It’s easy to use and gives me peace of mind and saves $ too.
