I recently moved into a 55+ Luxury Living Community Complex where Nest Units were installed in the Units. Having it has made a diference in regulating the temperature any time because it can be digitally programmed, and regulated when you’re not home. The Nest has been an excellent system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very satisfied but...

Connect to WiFi was incredibly difficult. I reset my modem/router, checked that my MAC filtering was turned off, charged the unit via USB, but nothing was working. Finally, I had to reset the network settings in the thermostat for it to connect. Also, after putting in the password 10+ times, I can safely say the method for putting the password into the unit is a pain.

It does what it’s advertised to do. No complaints so far. I like the app Incase you forget to change while running out the door. My summer electric bill so far hasn’t passed $30 with it set between 75 to 78 degrees. Plus ceiling fans on it is very comfortable in Arizona at 90 to 100 degrees outside.

Great product, easy to use once learned. The system also learns your heating and cooling requirements and adjust temperature as needed!

Happy with the upgrade

Wanted a WiFi thermostat again. The thermostat I previously had was a WiFi, Z-Wave thermostat from ADT. When I cancelled my ADT service, and when another route, my WiFi connection was cut off (thanks ADT). I installed the nest 3rd generation learning thermostat myself, and once again I have a working WiFi thermostat. GREAT Product! Thanks nest... You have a completely satisfied customer here.

The Nest Learning Thermostat is small, looks very futuristic and it packs a lot of features in it to make it very easy to use. I love the Nest Learning Thermostat.
