Love It

It was so easy to install and set up. It runs itself once it’s programed itself or you do it manually. I love that I get up to a warm house now. And love that I sleep in cooler temperatures. I can’t wait for summer to see well it works for us then.

Really like this product!

I'm a senior and having this thermostat is a pleasure. You can SEE the temperature shown on the face of it easily. I do not have to fiddle with it to change the daylight savings to standard time or back. It does it automatically! Reminds me to change the furnace filter. And when I'm away, I have it set to kick in to ECO mode to help save energy. I did not install this. I had my son do it.

Nest control

Having the Nest control over what we had before is Great. It senses when it can save energy without us being around. When we know we are gone for longer periods of time we can control the Eco setting. Installation was a little tricky due to some external control wires that we now don't use, but the Nest doesn't need those inputs anyway. All told we like the savings the Nest will bring us.

I definitely think the Nest is a great product. I believe it's a great investment over time.
I'm still trying to figure out how to use the 2 Nest we have properly so we can definitely see a saving in our electric bill.

Best thermostat

I am pleasantly surprised at how well the Nest Learning Thermostat performs. It learned my preferences in less than a week. The app is very easy to use and explanations are easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this product.

Zoned Set Up

It took some research to figure out if Nest thermostats were compatible with our home/system. We have a ranch with a fully finished basement that is zoned for upstairs and downstairs heating and cooling with just one furnace and one AC (3400 sq ft total). Installing the Nests took about an hour total for the two. Comparing the past month to a similar one last year, we've already saved about $10.

Simple design and control of your home comfort through HVAC. The humidity control is my favorite feature and having ability to set a comfort range is also nice
