Awesome product. I wouldn’t use anything else. Nest learns your home patterns and cools/heats when needed and saves you $$$ when your not home. Having remote access to cool or heat your home for pets or just to make it cozy and comfortable before you get home is an awesome feature!

The Nest thermostat is a great product and I am beginning to set my home to a Smart home. I enjoy that I can control my home from a push of a button or app. However, I think the wiring instructions should be easier than explained.

I like the product because of how easy it is to use through the dial display. However, it is confusing trying to integrate it into another system. The Google Nest system feels like it's trying to override the current smart system through Google Home.

Nest Learning Thermostat

I purchased a Nest Learning Thermostat for the home I rent. The house was built in the mid 1980's and it's not the most energy efficient. Living in Austin, TX the cooling bills can be pretty steep in the summer months and when the temperatures drop into the teens during the winter, heating can be pricey as well. The Nest Learning Thermostat's Eco system has been a delight in reducing the bills.
I would recommend this to a friend!
