Nest thermostat 3rd Gen

Quality, look, feel and features are amazing. Set-up was extremely simple thanks to the guide set-up video on nest.com. We purchased it Jan 2018. My family loves the capablity of controlling the temp while away from home. I highly recommend.

It is easy to understand and operate. Works great when away from home (using a smart phone). Can see from the device or smartphone the average power used in a week and see the peak time your unit has operated the most. Great tool..

My home is almost fully automated and this was the final step. I owned an ecobee thermostat which was great but I wanted to complete my Nest products. I already have the smoke detectors and cameras so I only figured it would be right to add the thermostat. It was very easy to install, very easy to use, and intergrated with my Wink app automatically. Nest has done it again very impressed with all their products this just tops it all off. Keep up the good job only thing is I wish the prices were a little cheaper but you do get what you pay for

Great product so far

I just installed this thermostat yesterday so I can't review on the energy savings aspect. But I can say that installation was very easy, and that anyone with even a thread of mechanical ability should be able to install this by themselves. Connected to my WiFi without any problems and appears to be working just fine. Looks even better on my wall than I thought it would.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent addition to the house

This is a great thermostat -- it responds quickly and is great at "remembering" previous sets. My house is much more consistenly at the right temperature. The app makes it very easy to adjust the temperature from anywhere in the house.
The only downside is that the app does crash -- have had to reload it 3 times since owning it about 2 months.
