Great way to save on your heating bill

I like that i can fine tune by the hour on what temperature i can set it. And i also like the home/away feature

Sleek and sexy

I love the look and feel of this thermostat. When we bought our new home it was a no brainer to buy three of these to control our home. My favorite feature is the Home/Away feature which goes above and beyond setting a schedule. I love the app and it's ease of use. Definitely recommend this thermostat to anyone considering or on the fence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Who New A Thermostat Could Ever Be FUN?

I've never loved a thermostat before. In fact, I never though much about them. They were functional device that hung on my wall. Something that was necessary to turn on the HVAC system, often complicated to program, but whatever. It was something you had to deal with.
But now we have a Nest Thermostat, it's not only a beautiful new wall hanging...a pretty new clock...but also FUN NEW TOY!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My limited technology skills were a concern, so I had my fuel service person hook up the Nest. It only took him 10/15 minutes and it works great - We can monitor our heat from anywhere, that we have internet. This is important because we live in the great cold Northeast.

Best thermostat

My Nest thermostat has been fabulous!!!!! It was easy to install- with the GREAT instruction video - and easy to set up. I definitely recommend this thermostat. I’m looking forward to seeing my heating costs drop as a result of the new thermostat

As an avid technology user I will say that the product is beautiful and functional. When it’s set up it’s wonderful to use. I love walking by and seeing the temperature, and walking up closer to give me options.
My two disappointments:
1. Set up would not be SUPER easy for folks without experience in wiring
2. There is no information on the spectacular options available in the settings.

Arrived with dead battery

The only problem I have had with the Nest Learning Thermostat is that it arrived with a dead battery. I did not see it anywhere in the documentation, but the thermostat will appear to work as normal, going through the various menus, but will not be able to join the WiFi network until the battery is charged. This should be disclosed in a more up-front way. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has run into this. Other than that, my user experience has been great.

Have 3 of these thermostats personally and Love them for ease of use and set up ability the only 2 drawbacks for me are the app is a little slow and I wish it had a hold button to just bypass everything if I wanted to otherwise still would recommend
