Perfect for anyone who’s in a rush!

The learning thermostat has definitely impressed me, given I’d initially thought any simple thermostat would do. Pattern recognition and predictive abilities of the thermostat make it almost-essential if you’re someone like me who’s in a hurry a lot and have a furry 4-legged friend you need to keep warm at home. :)

The Nest Learning Thermostat is a wonderful product that I found was easy to install and use in my home heating and air system. It can be monitored and controlled remotely and actually learns your home habits to help keep the home in the comfort zone at all times. I recommend this product to everyone.

I was researching all the different "smart" thermostats out there. The Nest ended up being the winner for me based on the feature set, ease of use, and minimalist look. The fact that I can add other Nest devices and control them all through one app is just icing on the cake. And that cake will always be at a comfortable temperature now!

Best investment for a vacation rental

I purchased it after my guests almost broke my AC by keeping the windows open all day and running the AC 24/7 in the Florida summer.
Installation and setup were under 15 minutes. I didn't have to be physically there, I just added the code shown on the device to my app on my phone, and it worked.
The most important feature is to lock it, while still allowing guests to adjust the temperature.

My review of the Nest thermostat

I just received the nest and it was the easiest setup that I have ever done, the app is great. I replaced another thermostat that I won't name. My other thermostat was the hardest I had ever seen to install, the app was horrible and finding my router was a joke, it would stay connected for a month or two then I had to go back through all the setup again. Nest is very simple and fast.
