Stylish and Easy to use

Replaced all my programmable thermostats with Nest thermostats. Have been saving $200 on my electric bill each month by not having A/C run when no on is home. The Eco mode is intuitive, and adjusting temperature via voice or phone allows me better control of the thermostat. Its looks great, has a great interface, and easy to install. Highly recommend.

My Nests

Not two one for second floor and one for main. Installation was easy, set up to my internet was easy and the savings in the first month was around $100. Let’s see how it works when it gets really cold weather. I believe I will save $50-$75 a month with nest. 3 mont pay back would be awesome.

Fantastic thermostat!

I’m so excited about my Nest thermostat. I have bad allergies and have to keep my windows closed at all times. Living in Southern California, I end up having to keep my air conditioning on 24/7 during the summer to keep my condominium comfortable. I’m looking forward to this summer so that when I go out the thermostat will go to the ECO mode and when I come home my condo will either be cool or eas

Not worth the money

Honestly you so not have as much control over this as you should. Often times I have the cold set to 68 but the temp is at 69 and cooling is not running. Have to turn it to 67 then back to 68 to get it to cool off to set temp. The scheduling scrolling calendar is frustrating. The learning just does what it wants. I would say this is money well wasted. Don't recommend, buy something cheaper - it works better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s normal for your home’s temperature to vary slightly above or below the temperature set on your thermostat for a short while. This is often due to the built-in delay for turning on your system. This delay is commonly called the maintenance band, deadband, differential, or temperature swing. The delay is usually just a few minutes, but it’s there to help you and your system. It also helps save you energy.

Good product. A little tricky to get set up with the schedule as it really wants to be eco all the time. But seems to work well.

So happy with this product. The sleek design is packed with smarts, yet is simple to use. The ability to check on my home from my phone and change the settings remotely is really nice
