A really great product this is my second purchase had one in my previous home and just moved to a new home and it works great and easy to set up and use highly recommend

Nest Therm

The thermostat was packaged in a nice way. Instructions were simple to follow and the hookup was simple even on the older gas furnace I have. The device works as advertised. Device tells me when there is a potential problem or error, it has learned over a two week period my heating habits and knows when I leave and when I am home. It has learned my habits.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Thermostat

I love my Nest. It looks great and works great. Being able to control my A/C from anywhere is very helpful. Definitely recommend the Nest Learning Thermostat.

Love the features.

I hated traditional programmable thermostats as they are time consuming to set up. Nest makes this a breeze on the app. If you set it up on all your household members phones it will detect no-one is home and maintain a cheaper temperature till you return.

Heat and cool range control

I don’t like how the heat/cool temperature range only allows me to keep the range between 72 degrees and 75. 75 degrees is too hot for the air conditioning to kick in at. It should kick in at 73. What’s more, the air conditioning doesn’t even kick in at 75 or 76 until I start fidgeting with the app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you haven't tried yet, performing a factory data reset on your Nest Learning Thermostat may be helpful with the issue. Keep in mind that this will erase all the data and you may set it up like a brand new thermostat. Before you reset your thermostat, write down the settings so you can easily restore them if needed. To reset your Nest Learning Thermostat, you may follow these steps: - Press your Nest Learning Thermostat's ring to open the Quick View menu. - Choose Settings. - Turn the ring to Reset and press to select. - Choose All Settings.
Ensure that the Auto-Schedule feature is enabled. Your Nest Learning Thermostat will learn your temperature preferences within a week and create a schedule for you, including learning your preferred Heat-Cool temperature range. Only regret is not buying it sooner

For a long time the cost of this unit held me back. I wanted it for a while, it looks beautiful! It's everything a thermostat should be! But the cost held me back for too long. I finally bit the bullet and grabbed one and now I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner! It's so much more than I expected! It's extremely easy to use and setup! My A/C and Heat now only run when I'm home!

Not only is this a well made and easy to use product, but it is also backed by a company that stands behind it's products with outstanding customer support and a generous replacement policy should you ever experience any type of failure. The remote control of your heating and cooling settings while away for short or extended periods alone will pay back the initial cost.
