Great learning thermostat

This thermostat is easy to setup and works great. You first setup a temperature range and schedule and it tweaks this to get optimal energy savings. The cost of it my seem high, but you can get rebates from your gas company. Also can sign up work energy savings programs. Installation is very simple and youtube videos are helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great and makes life easy. If you have pets and got out of town you can easily manage your temperature for your pets which is great especially if you love in the mid-west where it's 76 degrees one day and 20 the next and you may not have someone to get to your house in time to change your thermostat temp which could cause heal issues if you have reptiles, birds, or fish.

Outstanding Product

I recently installed two Nest Thermostats myself in my home. The installation was straightforward with excellent support from Nest. Nest chat was very helpful in confirming the proper wiring configuration. Compared to my previous thermostats ( I installed to Nest learning thermostats), the Nest learning thermostats are awesome. Easy to use and program from smart phone and iPad.

Awesome Upgrade

Upgraded from a traditional programmable thermostat and what a change! The ease of use and availability to check my HVAC from anywhere is a heat feeling! Stop thinking about it and just do it! Upgrade to Nest!

Performs as expected

This has been an easy purchase. Performs as expected. Learns itself in a week and will update itself as needed. Easy phone app with history and fuel usage lets you see your usage. I had it installed but could have done it myself. I just did not want to run into any problems. When I had my winter tune up had them install NEST. Charged me $50 along with my tune up charge.
