I have 2 residences, a single family home in California. I had a solar systme installed in that home and a Nest Thermostat was installed a part of the installation. I lso have a condo in Evanston, IL. I loved the Nest Therostat in my cxalifonia home so much, I installed it in my condo. I did it myself. All the needed parts came in the box. I watched the instruction video. It was a very easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I decided to buy the Nest over others because of the great reviews and classy look... so glad I did. Not only does it look great but it was extremely easy to set up and use the app. It integrates seamlessly with Alexa and couldn’t be easier to manage. Can’t wait to see the savings in my heating bills.... Thanks Nest!

Love it! Worth the money. Love the learning aspect. Had it for 2 months. Easy to install and saves you money!
Also can change the temp discreetly with the app to avoid arguments with the wife. She can put on all types of comfy clothing. You can only take off so many clothes. I’m sure most married guys can relate.

These nest thermostats that I installed in our house are really nice. They keep the temperature consistent and the house is just so comfortable. They were easy to install, look great and work perfectly.

Wonderful quality product that actually works and saves you money! The product pays itself off within a year or so and the rest is just money in your pocket, which all homeowners need to continuously improve their house. We live in Minnesota and this is a must buy for anyone with big temperature changes. I have already suggested this to all my friends. If you are thinking it you should buy it.

Two Gotchas

Our original Nest Thermostat was the first “smart” device we ever installed and we loved it.
The first gotcha, was that the schedule was blank. The second gotcha, was that I had to factory reset the unit so the fan would turn on during heating.
