The problem is with the battery. The thermostat loses connection to WiFi due to low battery. Quite often!!!!!

Installation was a breeze. The product design made the process simple and the included tool and instructions are great. The thermostat is beautiful and easy to operate. Could not have asked for more.

Though I did not personally install, there were no issues. Setup seemed simple & after a couple days I never had to worry about it. It knows when I get home & I rarely touch the temp. Works great & app is very reliable as well. It’s nice to view the usage. Worth every penny!
