Great product

This product was purchased to upgrade an existing product. I'm thrilled to be able to control the thermostat from my smart phone. The ease of use and product presentation are unparalleled. Although we needed a little assistance with the installation (due only to our antiquated system), I'm extremely glad we decided to add the Nest Learning Thermostat to our home. I would 100% recommend.

Love my Nest!

Nest was easy to install and came packaged beautifully. Within in minutes of set up it started learning. Now my Nest knows my routine and adjusts the temperature accordingly. My first energy bill since installing Nest was astonishingly lower than December last year! The temperature is more accurate and more comfortable.

Defective units

My first Nest had a defective light sensor so it did not turn on as we approached. Replaced it and the second one had defective controls so it was impossible to set the parameters in setting. Gonna try one more time.

Support is the worst

The support for the assistant is horrid they can't fix any problems I threw mine away
