Great Product

I was kinda skeptical at first to pay for a new thermostat, but always wanted a smart programmable one. After my HVAC tech told me our old product had a recall, I decided to finally get a NEST. The setup was very easy, in fact I installed two of them in my home (2-story house) in less than 30 mins. Setup was a breeze. My new Nest Thermostat looks very nice and I can't wait to see the savings.

Me and my house hold struggled with the google nest for a while with a few different problems but with research and effort were able to overcome most. We had one final struggle that we could not resolve but contacted help and were able to find a solution. I appreciate the product and the support team.

Great Product

Solid product very easy to install and quick! Ease of use is on point and the app on my phone works great. You can even add it to your Amazon Exco to control it as well. My electric company gave me mine for free but it’s would be worth every penny if I had to pay. Definitely will be getting one for my parents.

Smarty Thermostat!

This is a great smart device for any home or business. We found the learning feature took too long to figure out our schedule so we do not use it. We adjust the thermostat all the time at the unit, but it is nice to be able to adjust when returning from a long weekend or if we forgot adjust after leaving for the day.

The Nest is easy to install and use. Can’t wait for Nest to “Learn” and automatically adjust the temp when I am away.

I have installed 3 Nest Thermostats at work, and 5 at our church. The savings in our heating and cooling bills has been tremendous. The app is very easy to use, and extremely handy. My experience with the Nest Thermostats caused me to purchase 2 Nest Cameras. Nest products are great and highly recommended.

Easy and Convenient - Don't want to go back!

I felt a little snobby at first. Now Nest is just a part of my daily life. It's so convenient - especially in the Pacific Northwest where suddenly the weather changes and you realize you left the heat (or AC) on and you're wasting energy or money...or making the house extremely uncomfortable to come home to! I was able to install this from the box start to finish with little apprehension.

Get a traditional thermostat and save your money.

I was left with no choice, but to turn off all the features and access, and then make one of two choices: HEAT or COOL. Then, just dial it in to 70° F, and let it be a thermostat, and nothing more.In essence, the ONLY reason it's helpful is that you can use sensors in other rooms to create a more correct averaging of the whole interior temperature of your living space.I won't make this mistake again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
