I've installed many of these in the past and through my experience it is amazing. Easy to install, use and through the app I can monitor my temperature from anywhere and adjust to save money on my bill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The installation, ease of use on this thermostat, the app is awesome. We actually feel like we have some control over our electric bills whether we are home or away!

Love this device. I really love that I’m able to adjust the temperature in my home while at work or on vacation. The monthly report nest sends you via Email is neat to read and I love the mobile app. Overall I love the device. We had one in the home we were renting and when we bought our house, we wanted to get one for ourselves!

We were given the Nest Thermostat from the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for free in their A/C Optimization Program . We like the ease of use. The people who installed the Nest instructed us on how to use it, in just a few minutes time.
