After set up, A+

Setting up the nest was very easy and the app was a huge help. However once I got it set up it kept saying no power to RC/RH. After an hour messaging a nest support agent, we lost connection and YouTube helped us realize the nest blew a fuse on the furnace. Once we figured that out and a quick trip to Meijer for a new fuse... We LOVE our new nest and the ease of using an app to control it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty, easy, reliable

The old Honeywell thermostat worked, but was difficult to program and to understand. The new Nest is so nice! Smaller than the old thermostat but easier to read and use. The mobile app is simple to use. I love how the Nest can sense when I (my phone) is not home and adjusts the temperature automatically!

Busy Couple on busy schedules

This thermostat has made our lives much easier and limited unwanted heating or cooling from traditional programmed thermostat which the NEST replaced.
We can monitor house while traveling, adjust temps ahead of our arrival and adjust from anywhere, anytime, for any reason any reason.
Simple to install, operate and configure. A true value!

Do not read this, just go buy it. So easy to install my 12 could figure it out, easy to use and unless you still have a flip phone the app is easy to use and makes living easy. It is as cool as you think it is.

The thermostat I had was a pain to see. The screen was almost impossible to read without a flashlight unless you pressed the up or down buttons. I wanted something that was easily readable, would be simpler to control, could save energy. This does all of those. Looks great, runs great and easy to use. I love all the features it has too. Very happy with my decision to go with Nest!

We don’t really use the learning portion. We use Alexa to control everything in the house including my ring alarm system. I absolutely love the color change and the big numbers on the screen. That is a huge selling point. There are several other small features that I enjoy Also. Bottom line opening this box. it’s like Opening a brand new iPhone for the first time. Great job zest
