After using the Nest Learning Thermostat for awhile I'm so glad we bought it. It's so easy to use not that we're lazy but it's so nice to be able to turn it on using your iPhone. It also make the heat in our heating unit not feel like we are out in the desert as we can now control the fan speed which we couldn't do before with our other thermostat. Thank you Nest

Nest makes your nest comfortable

The Nest Learning Thermostat keeps your home comfortable 24/7/365 days a year. It knows when you leave, it knows when you arrive home, and adjusts accordingly. Maybe that's a bit much for some people, but I don't mind a device anticipating what I prefer. Who care's if 'it' knows your routine? It's not like it's going to use it against you, it's actually for you, learning what preferences you have.

Free replacement

A few weeks ago my Nest Thermostat went off line. I went through all the trouble shooting steps but was still not able to get it back on line. I call Nest customer service and was quickly advised I would get a new Thermostat replacement. I received it promptly and set it up again. Works great.

I love my nest learning thermostat. It has paid for itself but I still didn’t like paying for it upfront. It also took sometime to start saving me money. I like how it detects when I’m home and when I’m away. I also, like how after a long while it detects when I’m on my way home and start cooking or warming my house. Overall, highly recommend.

I Was new to the product nest. After it was installed quickly in my house and I Was Taught how to use it I am extatic that it was installed. I love all the features it has to offer.

Battery won’t stay charged. Read a few possibilities for cause on YouTube but still not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jack, thanks for sharing your feedback with us about the Nest Learning Thermostat. We’re sorry to learn that the battery won’t stay charged. We can imagine how hard you tried, and we appreciate the time and effort you’ve spent on this.
Nest thermostats power issues may occur when your system wires can't deliver enough power to keep the thermostats charged up. As a result, they start draining the batteries and disconnect from your Wi-Fi and sometimes cause the battery to drain faster. Your Nest thermostat uses the voltage from your system’s wires to keep its internal battery charged. If the power to your system is switched off or there’s a blackout, the battery has enough capacity to keep working for a while but will eventually run out. Your thermostat will also turn off features like Wi-Fi to preserve battery life before it must turn off completely. If your heating and cooling wires are not able to deliver the needed power for your Nest thermostat, you may need to connect a common or C wire. It helps deliver enough consistent power to your thermostat. You may contact a Nest Pro technician to check your system and help with the Common wire installation.

Love It!!

I love this thermostat, it is very easy to just set the temp and let the thermostat do the rest. I had to figure it out, but once I did, I have had no problems with it. Thank You Nest!!
