Glad I did it!

Installed nest 3rd gen a few days ago so far enjoying it. I have adjusted for a few days and it already is building a program. We have a complicated schedule with multiple people working different shifts throughout the week. It is learning our schedule and with the help of the connected smoke detector it’s able to keep track of when people are home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the nest install was easy, only issue I had was I didn’t need the common wire and for some reason my nest wouldn’t power up with that wire connected. I wish the manual had some troubleshooting tips, had to go online to figure out issues. Other then that I love the look of the nest and the app and ability to lock temperature so kids can’t mess with thermostat. Would definitely recommend!

Helped Cut my heating bill 65%

You need this Smart Thermostat! It helped to cut my heating Bill by 65%. I upgraded my attic insulation from an R13 to R49. What a huge difference in the bill! I recently upgraded from Gen 2 to Gen 3 so I can take advantage of the room sensors. I haven’t installed those yet, but so far I am very happy with product! I have installed a new 96% high efficiency Furnace & still reaping benefits!

I abosolutely love my Nest thermostat. It’s extremely easy to set up and use. From the app I can make sure my home is not wasting to much energy in regards to heating and cooling. It looks amazing! Not the boring rectangles or square eyesores we are use to. I love how it flashes on when you approach it to double check the temperature. I also love the eco mode which has saved me money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Nest smart learning thermostat. Has been an excellent investment. Easy to install. Very easy to operate and fun to use. Keeping track from my phone is a very useful benefit!
