After installing it (super easy) it needed a test and an update but then started working within minutes this is a must have if you already have a google home speaker [check to see if your home is compatible before purchasing]

Awesome unit

Directions were very easy. Easy to install. Very sturdy and modern looking. Clear and legible to read. Easy to operate. Love the way you can use an app on your phone to control the unit. A bit pricey but we are happy after having in use.

Love the functionality

I love this thermostat, I bought a new home and replaced the one that was installed in my house with this high tech thermostat. I purchased this to be able to monitor my home temperature and be able to turn on the air conditioner and or heater when I’m getting off work and have it at a decent temperature when I get home. Also it’s nice to be able to turn on the heater or air conditioner while your in bed and don’t have to get up from the convenience of your smartphone

Wouldn't have any other thermostat

I was on the original wait list for the 1st gen Nest thermostat. In the 1st year, I noticed a reduction in my electricity bill of $22/month, on average, which paid for the thermostat. I used that Nest from 2012 until we moved in 2018. Once we got in the new home, I immediately pulled out the existing thermostat and replaced it with a new 3rd generation Nest Learning Thermostat.

LOVE my Nest Learning Thermostat!!

I couldn't be happier with this thermostat! My wife was very skeptical about the technology, and after 1 week, she was amazed with it! We're loving it and just added two cameras and a CO Detector to the list of Nest products in our home.
I would recommend this to a friend!
